Allen Enterprises & Development is a Pittsburgh based developer, manager, and compliance partner working to bring quality affordable housing back to the neighborhoods that need it.

Who we are

A local owner operator, accountable to the people we house.

We are a Pennsylvania company that develops, manages, and keeps in compliance affordable and mixed income housing in Pittsburgh. We work alongside public partners, including the Urban Redevelopment Authority and the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, to turn vacant and underused buildings into homes families can afford.

Because we hold and build property in the same neighborhoods we manage, our standards are not abstract. They protect real buildings, real residents, and the public and private investment that makes affordable housing possible.
